Addicted To Camera Syndrome. . .

Have you noticed I don't blog nearly as much as I used to? That's because I'm too busy clicking the shutter button. Lately I definitely feel like I'm in need of detox treatment. Detox from too much camera time that is. I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew at the moment. But, nevertheless, it's so fun! Well mostly. . . not the editing pictures at 2AM though. That I could live without.

I've had so many fun photoshoots lately. I've actually had my normal portrait sessions AND two weddings!! I have been learning a TON! My good friend, Ryan Register, recently hired me to be his assistant and second shooter at a wedding. That was quite the experience. I was on my feet from 12 noon til 9:30PM. I learned quickly that indoor, all day affair weddings are not high on my list. The day before this shoot I was hired to photograph a small outdoor wedding at Maclay Gardens. That was right up my alley. My passion is definitely family photography moreso than weddings. Nevertheless, any experience has to be good, right?

Besides photoshoots I've also been having fun with my family. Paul and I recently celebrated our 10 year anniversary! Can you believe it??? Wow. I am blessed to still be able to wake up next to my best friend and soul mate every day. I really love the feeling of being in love and I love still having that feeling after ten years! (Ok, that was REALLY mushy. Enough.)

We have also been having so much fun with our boys. We've had playdates, pumpkin patch visits, fun with family, and are about to head to Cordele, GA to ride Thomas the Tank Engine this coming Saturday. I will share a few random never before released pictures (at least on this blog!) of our recent fun. . .
